In late 2011 Noosa Yakkers decided to formally establish a list of record fish captures and to publish the list on this blog. Since mid 2007, members of Noosa Yakkers have been writing and illustrating kayak fishing Trip Reports and emailing them to their colleagues. This blog now takes over the email function but has the added advantage that it is an archive of all Trip Reports from the earliest times.
